About me
I am a psychologist working in sports, esports, and other fields of performance (dance, singing, poker, trading). My work philosophy is an integral part of my approach to supporting athletes in all aspects of their career and personal lives.
In esports, I have supported both organizations and individual players, including titles such as Valorant, League of Legends, Rainbow Six Siege, and Apex Legends. The main premise of my work philosophy is the belief that sport should not only be a tool for achieving goals, but above all a means for the holistic development of the individual. I believe that through engagement in training and competition, athletes can not only improve their sporting skills but also develop as individuals, acquiring important life skills. I place great emphasis on balancing esport training and personal life, realizing that sporting achievements, while important, should not be the sole focus of an athlete's life. Therefore, in my work, aspects related to athletes' psychological and emotional well-being are essential, ensuring that the training process is not only effective but also satisfying and healthy for the psyche, ensuring that players will be achieving their potential for as long as it's possible.
The central values that guide my work philosophy are trust, empathy, and professionalism. In addition to traditional psychological interventions, I implement tools such as bio and neurofeedback in practice to comprehensively support my clients. My work integrates various methods and techniques to tailor interventions to the individual needs and goals of each client. Through the combination of knowledge in neuropsychology with psychological practice, I am able to effectively support my clients in achieving success, both in sports and in personal life.
