About me

I have set out to provide a one-stop coaching service to my clients. I have an advanced degree in sport psychology and motor behavior. I have numerous licensures/certifications in athletic training and strength and conditioning. I have worked in traditional sport for more than 15 years and esports for nearly 5. I have coached hundreds of competitors from middle schoolers to Olympians.

 

I believe performance is performance. The skills and abilities needed to be great in traditional athletics, corporate America, the Arts, and competitive videogaming are largely the same. A sound mind, body, and soul allow for growth, development, and excellence.

 

Consistent, exceptional performance is likely only achieved when an individual is mentally and physically well and conditioned, prior to absolute preparation, technically and tactically for their given competition arena.

Coaching Offering

Unlimited Asynchronous Coaching – 1 Month - $150

This coaching pathway provides the most bang for the buck. Included: Goal Setting and Habit Tracking Exercise, Physical Rehabilitation, Food, and Sleep programming and monitoring Self-Talk, Confidence, Time Management, and Communications education and coaching

 

Single Session 1-on-1 Live Coaching – 1 Hour - $75

This coaching pathway allows you to bring a direct topic to address to an intensive coaching session with the intention to resolve the issue immediately.

 

Individualized Exercise Programming – 1 Month - $50

This coaching pathway includes an interview set that allows me to develop out 1 month of programming for you. There is no additional coaching provided but it will be a well-tailored program to get you to your physical goals. Exercises utilized will include hyperlinks to easily followed videos for demonstration.
