Furthermore, Kabir has developed his coaching skills through an evidence base as a leading researcher in esports coaching and educational background studying a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching & a Masters by Research in Sports Coaching. Furthermore, Kabir has worked in the NLC Div 2 for over a year and provided Tier 1 ERL organisations (Spinebusters; PRM Div 2) and LEC teams (e.g., G2) with performance support/staff development workshops.
