I'm a Licensed Psychologist (Florida, California) specializing in the assessment and treatment of adolescents and adults. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and interpersonal-based interventions to help teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, anger issues, peer problems, managing ADHD symptoms, and difficulties with interpersonal problem solving. I also worked extensively with clients diagnosed with anxiety disorders at the University of Miami Anxiety Research and Treatment Center and utilized cognitive-behavioral techniques to help clients overcome anxiety, panic, and obsessive-compulsive symptoms. I have also worked with athletes and others with high-intensity careers on performance-related issues. I use mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment strategies, and other evidence-based treatments for improvement in a variety of areas for these individuals to maximize their achievement in whatever goals they choose.
