About me

My many years of experience in high level competition in traditional sports and esports, and education in health, PE and wellbeing have come together to build a holistic approach to Esports performance.

I'm the founder of GameAware, which focuses on healthy gaming education and mentoring for players who let their passion become a problem. When it comes to Esports, GameAware focuses on the entire pathway from grassroots to professional play, and it's about personal growth and self mastery which leads to results. We work in the scholastic esports space, breaking down the barriers with parents and schools and helping bring the purpose and structure so that we build the right mindsets to esports young.

From a professional standpoint, I've been working with Team Bliss for nearly 3 years as their performance coach for a number of different teams, most notably the Rainbow 6 Siege team who recently finished top 8 at the Six Invitational 2024 as well as their wildly successful League of Legends debut in the LCO 2023.

#LiftOCE is a campaign to help OCE close the region gap and introduce mental performance coaching across the board. The broader goal is to offer a FREE WORKSHOP to teach the fundamentals of esports performance to as many OCE teams as possible to help close the "region gap" as best we can, then offer monthly workshops delivered by experts in this space at $25/head.

Coaching Offering

1) FREE Intro Workshop for any OCE Esports Org

2) MONTHLY WORKSHOP SERIES - $25per head

"Kinchy provided me with invaluable insights when it came to the mental side of the game. Drawing upon examples from fiction as well as historical figures, he was able to paint a clear picture of the demeanor that one should strive for as a competitor. By putting an emphasis on emotional control and preparation, Kinchy really helped me understand that in-game performance naturally flows on from habits that are cultivated outside of the game, and that off-screen training can be just as important as on-screen training."
